At Socio5, we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services tailor-made for each client. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments for our services.


1. No Refund on Completed Services

Since our work involves time, planning, and digital execution, refunds are not issued once the service has been initiated or delivered.

This includes:

  • Meta/Google Ads setup

  • Ad creatives

  • Campaign optimization

  • UGC creation

  • Social media management

  • Strategic consultations


2. Advance Payment Policy

  • All services require 50%–100% advance payment, depending on the project.

  • This advance payment is non-refundable as work starts immediately.


3. Service Cancellation

If the client wishes to cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of payment → A 50% partial refund may be considered if work has not started.

  • After 24 hoursNo refund will be provided.


4. Monthly Retainer Services

  • Monthly social media management and ads management payments are non-refundable.

  • If the client discontinues mid-month, no partial refund will be provided.


5. Failed Deliverables

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Socio5 fails to start the project within the committed timeline

  • The service delivered is completely different from what was agreed

Refund approval is at the discretion of Socio5 management.


6. Payment Issues

If a payment error, duplicate charge, or transaction failure occurs, the refund will be processed after verification within 7–10 business days.
